I’m Rosie Rangel — and for most of my career, I’ve lived inside the operational engine of associations.
I know what it looks like when strategy meets reality, and I know how to build the systems that close that gap. I started at the front desk and worked my way through every role — events, membership, governance, finance, technology, HR — until I reached the C-suite as COO of a national trade association.
What I learned along the way is that most associations and nonprofits aren’t failing because of bad leadership. They’re failing because their operational infrastructure hasn’t kept up with their ambition. I launched Tejido Advisory to fix that.
I work with organizations who are growing faster than their systems, leaders who are tired of putting out fires, and teams who know they need better operations but don’t know where to start.
